As the year winds down, what if we approached the end of it differently? What if, instead of pushing harder, we gave ourselves permission to ease into the New Year with clarity and calm?
The New Year doesn’t have to be a sprint to the finish line or a frenzy of resolutions. It can be a gentle pause — a time to declutter, detach, and consciously delete anything that no longer serves you.
Every December, I make space to reflect on the year that’s been: what I’m carrying forward, what I’m ready to release, and what I want to feel more of as I move into the next chapter. Over time, I’ve developed a few simple reflective interventions that help me do just that.
I’ve gathered these questions into a PDF that I’m sharing with you here, in the hope that it offers you the same sense of grounding, insight, and intentionality as you close out the year and gently prepare for the next.
