I’ve worked in health and wellness for over 20 years, starting my career as a Physical Therapist and Lecturer. I’ve spent time in the NHS, public, and private sectors, including publishing research—but my real passion has always been working closely with women.I loved helping clients rebuild their confidence and self-esteem after pregnancy, birth, injury, surgery, or the daily reality of living with a chronic health condition. I approached this not just with clinical knowledge, but with movement therapy, talking therapy, and a little added magic from the holistic world.
Over the years, many of the women I worked with began opening up about their struggles with sex and intimacy. These quiet, often tearful conversations were raw and real—and they stirred something in me. I decided to deepen my training in Clinical Sexology, with a special focus on female biomedical issues. For many women, sexual desire is the first thing to fade when life gets overwhelming. It can leave us feeling disconnected, undeserving of pleasure, or unsure how to find our way back to ourselves. Too often, we believe “sex” is something we used to do—but I believe pleasure is still possible. And you are still worthy of it.
In sessions, I explore the deeper threads—beliefs, values, life experiences—and how these shape self-worth, body connection, and sexual satisfaction. I don't believe in labels. I believe in meeting you as a whole human, not a diagnosis. My approach is nurturing, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you already carry the wisdom you need. Sometimes, you just need someone to sit beside you as you rediscover it.
I live in rural Norfolk with my two children, where life is a mix of quiet countryside, laughter, and learning to keep houseplants alive (I can grow humans, but plants remain my personal challenge!). I’m passionate about Pilates, writing, deep chats, and dancing barefoot in the kitchen. I have playlists for every mood, a deep love of strong coffee, and a habit of finding magic in the small things.
A few playful facts about me?
Current obsession: Trying (and failing) to become a plant mum.
Signature drink: Strong coffee in the morning, cacao hot chocolate by night.
When I feel most grounded: Barefoot, I do not like wearing shoes!
Secret superpower: Making people feel deeply seen and safe (and packing a suitcase like a Tetris pro).
Guilty pleasure: 90s R&B and dancing like no one’s watching (even when someone is).
If I had a day to myself: Pilates, a good book, a long bath with Epsom salts and lots of snuggles.
Words I live by: “Trust your body. You are allowed to take up space and you are enough, just as you are”.
If you are feeling disconnected, stuck, or like you are carrying too much—you are not alone. I am here to walk beside you, not to fix you, but to help you come home to yourself.
