Welcome To
Pain to Pleasure
A gentle, guided programme for women who experience pain, tension or fear around penetration and intimacy.
If sex has become something you dread, avoid or simply endure, you may have started to feel disconnected from your body.
Perhaps penetration feels painful or impossible. Perhaps you tense up without meaning to. Maybe you find yourself worrying about pain before intimacy even begins and that worry makes it even harder to relax.
You may have tried to push through it, tell yourself to relax, or simply hoped that it would get better.
You do not have to force your way through pain.
Pain to Pleasure is designed to help you slow everything down, understand what your body is doing and gradually rebuild a sense of safety, confidence and pleasure.
At your pace. In your own space. Without pressure.

Every woman's journey is different. There is no single definition of success and progress does not always mean reaching the same endpoint.
For some women, it may be feeling comfortable enough to experience penetration.
For another, it may be discovering what feels pleasurable and learning to communicate what she wants.
For someone else, it may simply be taking the next step after years of feeling stuck.
“After six sessions, I was able to have comfortable penetration.”
One client came to therapy experiencing difficulties with penetration. Through six sessions of gradual, supported work, she was able to progress to comfortable penetration something that had previously felt out of reach.
“I finally started to understand what I actually enjoy.”
Another client used the work to explore her sexuality and develop a much clearer understanding of what she enjoys, what feels good to her and what she wants from intimacy.
“After five years, I was finally making progress.”
Another woman had been working with dilators for five years but felt stuck in her progress. Through a different approach combining body awareness, relaxation, gradual progression and understanding of the fear tension cycle, she began to move forward again.
