Relationship Therapy

If the relationship has got too 'hot' for all the wrong reasons Couples Counselling can help. Many couples in therapy feel unheard, misunderstood or simply fight, flight or freeze. With commitment, engagement & effort we look to resolve the conflicts, improving communication & connection.

I also offer one off sessions, usually within 72 hours if required.

These sessions can be attended alone or with a partner.

Some of the reasons you might need a one-off 90 minute session include;

If you have found out a partner has been unfaithful. Need help after a huge row. Feel in crisis and need help to understand what to do or how to communicate with your partner.

Desire Differences

Every couple experiences shifts in intimacy and desire—it’s completely normal. But when these differences create tension, misunderstandings, or distance, they can leave you both feeling frustrated or disconnected.

Through tailored couples therapy, we help you:

Understand the deeper reasons behind differing desires.
Improve communication around intimacy without pressure or guilt.
Rebuild emotional and physical closeness in a way that works for both of you.

Desire differences do not have to mean conflict or rejection. With the right support, you can rediscover pleasure, connection, and mutual fulfilment—on your own terms.

The Relationship Reset

Relationships rarely fall apart because of one argument.

More often, couples slowly become caught in patterns — the same disagreements, the same frustrations, the same conversations that never quite get resolved.

You may still love each other deeply, but somewhere between work, family, stress, responsibilities and everyday life, you have stopped really seeing one another.

As a Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist, I work with couples who have become disconnected, helping them understand their patterns, communicate differently and rebuild emotional and physical intimacy.

I wanted to take some of the most valuable conversations and exercises from the therapy room and create a practical relationship programme couples can work through together — before disconnection becomes crisis.

Now available The Relationship Reset online package, access to exercises and interventions 24/7, lifetime access. Click HERE for further details.

After An Affair

Infidelity can shake the very foundation of a relationship, leaving behind pain, doubt, and uncertainty. But if both partners are willing, healing is possible. Couples therapy offers a safe, guided space to:

Process the emotions - anger, hurt, guilt, and grief.
Open honest communication - understand what led to the affair.
Rebuild trust - develop tools to move forward with clarity and commitment.
Redefine intimacy & connection - create a stronger, more resilient bond.

An affair maybe the end of the relationship as you knew it but it does not mean the end. With the right support, it can be the beginning of a deeper, more honest relationship.
